Founded by Ivan Torrenegra, a designer with a Master’s in Landscape Architecture, Blacktower is built on decades of experience in high-end residential, hospitality, and community design. Ivan’s work has spanned elite destinations including Palm Beach, The Hamptons, Winter Park, Miami, Dubai, and Antigua, and he’s led projects within world-renowned firms such as Nievera Williams, DS Boca, and a local company Signature.

Based in Orlando, we offer full design-build services — managing everything from concept to final construction — as well as remote design services for homeowners, architects, and developers worldwide.
